Booking & Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All appointments require a deposit expect same day appointments.
A $10 deposit is required to secure appointments.
The deposit will be applied to total service cost.
Deposits are only refundable if your appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time only as long as the appointment is rescheduled with at least 24 hour notice. Additional reschedules will require a new deposit.

Please take a moment to read through these policies carefully before booking an appointment. These policies are in place to help ensure a smooth and professional experience for both you and me. They are designed to respect my time, home salon and all clients who book with Nailsbyaubrey. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to all policies listed below. Thank you for your understanding and support of my small business.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than a 24 hour advance will result in the loss of deposit.
A 15 minute grace period is provided
Clients arriving for than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled.
If appointment is cancelled due to late arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle until appointment time.
Nail Issues & Repairs
If you experience any lifting, chipping or breakage due to application. Please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment.
Complimentary repairs may be offered within 48b hours at my discretion.
After 48 hours, all repairs will be subject to a repair fee.
Damage caused by improper nail care, accidents, picking, biting or excessive force is not eligible for complimentary repairs.
If you are unhappy with the design, shape, length, color or any aspect of your nails, you must notify me before the service is completed so adjustments can be made at that time.
Once appointment has ended and payment has been made, any change requested due to personal preference will be treated as a new service and will require an additional fee.
No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction with chosen design, color, shape or length after the service has been completed.
Payment Method
Accepted payment methods are cash, card/tap & cash app
Foreign Nails
I do not work over other nail enhancements applied by another nail technician.
Clients must arrive with either bare nails or nail enhancements previously applied by me.
If a client arrives with existing nail enhancements from another nail technician the appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled.
Health & Safety
Aggressive, confrontational, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
If an appointment is ended due to behavior no refund will be issued and access to booking and client will lose access to future bookings and ordering.
I reserve the right to refuse service if there are any infections, open wounds, bleeding or any condition that may affect the safety of the client, technician or others.
Services will not be preformed on unhealthy nails.
Clients who are sick or experiencing contagious symptoms must reschedule their appointment.
All tools, equipment and work surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between each client,
Client intake forms and consent forms must be completed before service is started. These forms will be given to you in salon, and help ensure safety, document nail history and obtain consent for services and social media content.
Home Salon
The exact address is not listed online, this is for privacy and safety purposes while still allowing clients to estimate travel time.
The exact address will be provided after your appointment has been confirmed and within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Please remember that this salon is located within my home. Respectful behavior is expected at all times!
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if I feel uncomfortable or if the safety of myself, my property or others is at risk.
